A client had an older network that was functional, but showing its age. The client needed a network that could both support their new Cloud-based systems and increase network security for their 300+ employees. They contracted with TWR Group to design and implement a new, faster, more secure network with redundancy and failover technologies - systems that this client didn't previously have in place. Since the client was a 24x7 operation, we would have to implement their new network in stages, much of it during evening and weekend hours. TWR Group designed and implemented a network that will help them thrive. It included:
A new, powerful server to run their company:
HP Proliant DL380 Rackmount
• Dual Xeon Processors
• 128GB ECC RAM
• RAID 5 w/Hot-swap Drives and hot spare
• Redundant Power Supplies w/2200Va UPS
• Windows Server 2019, AD, RDP
A 19” server cabinet with power protection, fans, and temp sensors
A Watchguard M370 Rackmount Firewall to secure and protect their network
Dual, Redundant Internet Service Providers w/failover
• Spectrum
• AT&T
Six HP Aruba 2930M 48port Gigabit Ethernet Switches with 10Gig Fiber Backbone
• Separate VLANs for PCs, WiFi, DVRs
A Datto Siris BC/DR Device for backups/disaster recovery
16 Xerox B610 High-Capacity Printers
We also integrated their legacy network equipment into our new network:
• Two Windows Servers 2008 running legacy applications
• Eight Ubiquity UAP Wifi Access Points
• 300+ Existing PCs, moved to our NinjaOne Platform for monitoring/protection
